A NEW CHAPTER FOR YOUR CURRENT PC
Keep what you love.
Upgrade what’s next.
Your next system might be the one you already own. Explore component upgrades, custom cooling, or both—with a plan built around your existing hardware.
Request an upgrade assessmentMore performance. A different look. Better cooling.
Tell us about a CPU or graphics upgrade, more memory or storage, power-supply needs, a chassis transfer, quieter operation, or a custom liquid-cooling design. We’ll review the exact components, power requirements, chassis space, and compatibility before recommending a direction.
CPU and GPU waterblocks, reservoirs, radiators, tubing, fittings, fans, and cable finishing can be part of the agreed upgrade. GPU blocks must match the exact card and board design; a model name alone may not confirm fit.
Start with the PC you have.
Share your prebuilt model or current parts list, the changes you want, and any existing issues or modifications. If you don’t know every specification, send what you know. Photos of the inside, component labels, and existing cooling layout help us work out the next questions.
A Newegg or pasted parts list can describe new components you want us to source. Keep equipment you already own in the Current PC specs field so it stays separate from new purchases.
A clear plan before you send it.
- Request an assessment. Tell us about your current PC and goals. You can attach photos through the request form.
- Review the proposed work. We discuss fit, existing-part condition, any inspection charges, what needs replacing, testing, and service-specific coverage. Changes found during inspection require your approval before additional work.
- Approve the quote and pay for parts. Your quote lists only new parts and the agreed labor, setup and testing. After approval and verified full parts payment, your confirmation email and private order page provide the send-in address and agreed packing instructions.
- Send your PC. Include your order reference and reply with inbound tracking. We record arrival, condition and included equipment. Production starts after your PC and all required new parts arrive and intake is complete; you receive a progress notification.
- Review, pay the balance, and receive your upgrade. We test the agreed work, share completion photos, and arrange return shipment. U.S. return shipping is included. Confirm your return address and pay the remaining quoted work and applicable tax before dispatch. Tracking and updates stay on your order page.
An assessment request is not a shipping authorization or a paid service order. We’ll confirm the scope, inbound shipping arrangements and packing / cooling preparation before you ship. Use the send-in address on your verified parts-payment confirmation. In sandbox testing, no real PC should be shipped.
Your system. Your data. Your decisions.
Before sending a computer, keep a verified backup of anything important. We agree any required operating-system work and access arrangements privately; please don’t put passwords in the request or photos.
The written upgrade agreement will distinguish the condition and coverage of your existing equipment from new parts and the work we perform. Manufacturer warranty limits and modifications are reviewed for the exact components. No replacement or extra work is authorized by the initial request alone.
